Event Description
The Fremont Fair happens every Summer Solstice weekend in the “Center of the Universe” known as the Fremont neighborhood of Seattle.
The funky annual festival includes food, live music and entertainment, the street market with lots of vendors often a display of Seattle Art Cars, a dog parade, and, of course, the Solstice Parade the Saturday afternoon of the event.
We’d recommend taking public transit, riding a bike or other easy to park vehicle, or getting there very early if you want to drive and find parking anywhere in the near vicinity.
Events take place in a number of locations. There’s a beer garden as well as two stages. So we’ve just put the event location, here, as the statue of Lenin. If you go there, well…you’ll see the events.
The festival runs 10-8 on Saturday and 11-6 on Sunday.
