Welcome to our PNW Hub page. This is a page to make it more easy to find our recent content about the Pacific Northwest!
This is (supposedly) a Pacific Northwest website and travel blog, though we enjoy writing about a bunch of other topics. But we wanted to gather our most recent PNWest-y content all on one page, so here it is!
About the Pacific Northwest (Briefly)
Where is the Pacific Northwest? For the purposes of this website, we consider the PNW to be the areas of lower British Columbia, and the states of Washington, Oregon, and Idaho. The bioregion some know as “Cascadia.” We live in beautiful Washington State — so that tends to be the focal point of our content, though we love to explore other areas as well and welcome content and event submissions about any parts of this area.
Here’s what you’ll find on this page:

PNW-focused Groups and Forums

Recent PNW Galleries
We’ve recenty added a galleries section. We’ll get back to this and when we tag some galleries as specifically PNW-focused, we’ll put them here.

Further Thoughts
Do you have any favorite things to do in the Pacific Northwest? Consider letting our readers know by adding a post on the subject — or a PNWWiki entry, route, or submit a photo. We welcome guest posts from readers on topics such as favorite local restaurants, town and city profiles, thoughts on the area — things that would appeal either to someone from the PNW or someone planning to visit the PNW.
Or contact us and let us know if there’s a subject you’d like to read more about. We’d love to hear from you, though we can’t promise that we’ll definitely cover the topic at hand. It depends on our time and resources.
Or if you see a post here you particularly enjoy (or don’t) feel free to use the rating widget and comments to leave some feedback.
Upcoming: we plan on adding some town profiles (perhaps starting with our own little favorite, Poulsbo), some pieces that are more opinion, and things about memories of the PNW. But what we post generally depends on what our interest is at the time. So we’d welcome input you have about the Pacific Northwest.
Thank you so much for visiting, and we wish you the best in all of your explorations. Cheers!
