   See if your question has already been answered on our FAQ page. If not, you may want to use the FAQ form so others can benefit from your inquiry.
2. Is this a product-related question?
   
   Each product has a FAQ section under the tabs and there’s a button there where you may ask a question about the item. Doing so benefits future potential buyers of the item.
3. Is this a return request?
   
   We have a specific page for return requests. Please use that to process a return request.
   
   However, if you have a question about an order you placed or a product question that’s not appropriate to ask with a public FAQ form, you may use the form above to ask us.
   
   If your question is about terms of use for downloadable products, please double check the FAQ section.
4. Are you trying to submit a guest post?
   We welcome guest posts on subjects related to this blog that aren’t just promotions for something, and do consider sponsored posts from time to time. Anything from a favorite local restaurant to a memory from Seattle in years past to something that annoys you while traveling. But not tae-bo or your favorite core workout unless you can relate that to hiking or cycling, etc.
   
   However, we do not respond to what appear to be mass emails inquiring about guest posts or posts that offer us several choices among an array of post topics or off-topic inquiries.
   
   We prefer that you just submit a post using our post submission form and let us review it rather than asking us in advance whether we’ll publish your post. Sponsored posts, of course, are an exception to this.
   
   We truly realize that often guest posting is a link-building strategy. Whether we nofollow or dofollow a link really depends on the link content and its relevance to the post.

5. And, of course, ask yourself, “is this spam?” If it is, kindly don’t send it. 
   
   We try to respond to genuine inquires on weekdays within 24 hours. However, as we mentioned, there are some inquiries to which we do not respond: guest post inquiries that show you haven’t read our writer’s guideines, offers to do SEO or other optimizations for our website, offers to redesign our website…you get the picture!
