Puget Sound BirdFest in Edmonds is a weekend celebration of birds and nature based in Edmonds. It used to happen in September, but has moved to June for 2024.
Activities include guided nature walks, classes, and kids’ activities.
Note that not all of the activities are held IN Edmonds and that some require individual payment and preregistration.
I took Ann Kramer’s bird photography class in 2022, for instance, which was help at the Union Bay Natural Area in Seattle (the primary image for this event is one of the several green herons that showed up in the area for 2022’s class).
