This is a festival to honor and watch the annual Spring migration in the Harney Basin in Southeast Oregon.
The weekend includes a bunch of different events, speakers, tours — each event has its own cost; check the event website for details.
Note: as the festival didn’t have a specific image, we just picked an image of a little brown cowbird from our library.
