Echoes Brewing Poulsbo was formerly Sound Brewery. For a while, Sound Brewery opened a restaurant in a different location, then closed, now Echoes is brewing at its former spot.
If you're visiting in Summer, you'll find a nice, outdoor, seating area -- covered, actually, in case it's not so nice.
It's not right on the main drag in "downtown" Poulsbo -- but nothing in town is too far away. In fact, there are a couple of annual pub runs to all the breweries. You could do your own!
