If I had to recommend places to eat to someone visiting Poulsbo, the Burrata Bistro Poulsbo would be at the top of my list. It's too bad that my photos do not do it justice! The exterior is, at the time of this listing, under renovation, my only photo (of the bar) is blurry due to low light and during an outdoor get-together there, someone did not want me taking food photos! And the food is lovely.
Indoor, we've gone to the bar for tapas and drinks - but I didn't realize how many wonderful options the menu has until we had a large outdoor dinner there last summer. The food was superb.
