Event Description
According to the Fremont Arts Council, Trolloween is the birthday party for the Fremont Troll.
Celebrants gather at the troll under the bridge in the “Center of the Universe” that is Fremont, listen to some live music, and then parade en masse through Fremont. They sometimes change the route according to the weather.
