Yes, Forks is still doing the Twilight thing. The name of the Forever Twilight in Forks Festival suggests that they’ll be doing this indefinitely.

They usually have some special guests who were characters in the movies and the festival generally has its own cast portraying characters from the book/movie series.
We couldn’t really list one “cost” for the event. You can just show up in Forks and see some of the characters…but pre registration is required, along with payment for the Saturday Night Gala, the Family party, and other events within the weekend as a whole.
The Ki’tla center is where some of the events take place, but some may differ in location, you’ll need to check when you register for an event.
