Shipping times
It’s our goal to ship products within two business days. Often, we ship the next business day depending on when you placed your order.
The time the product takes to get to you, of course, depends on the shipping method you choose. USPS first class and retail ground typically take between 2-8 days for delivery in the continental US once they’re shipped. USPS Priority Mail typically takes 1-3 days for delivery once shipped.
International packages may take up to three weeks to arrive, depending on your location.
Shipping methods
We now use only USPS to ship our packages, as we find that, for most items, we get the best rates and it simplifies our configuration. For small items such as enamel pins, we will generally ship via First Class package unless you order otherwise and we will use Parcel select ground for items with free shipping and with economy shipping over 13 oz. We use USPS Priority and Express mail for expedited options. For international shipping we use the international versions of the same.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are shown in your shopping bag based on the shipping location and are calculated from the sender’s zip code of 98370. Virtual/downloadable items, of course, do not incur a shipping cost.
Shipping locations
We ship in the continental United States and we do ship internationally to most locations. We do not ship to Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Ukraine, Sierra Leone, Palestinian Territories, Myanmar, Crimea Ukraine, Liberia, Lebanon, Sudan, Iraq, Afghanistan, Nigeria, Kyrgyzstan, Ghana, Kazakhstan.
There are some high-value or large products for which we might disable international shipping, however.
Tracking
You should get an automated email with a tracking number when your items has shipped.
Shipping Refunds
We do not offer refunds for shipping or return costs except in the case that an item was lost or damaged in transit or you received the wrong item. When your return request is generated, our system automatically generates a return label that you can download and print. The method for this label is USPS Parcel Select, which is generally the least expensive method for you. We’ll deduct the cost of the label from your refund unless the reason is damage or wrong item. If you don’t wish to use our shipping label, you can arrange your own return shipping — please let us know so we can cancel the shipping label.
Free Shipping
Currently, we offer free shipping on orders in the continental US over $100 and in Washington State over $35.
Delivery of Virtual/Downloadable Products
For most downloadable products such as embroidery files or SVG graphics, you may download your file(s) immediately in your account once your payment has been processed. Some photos are also delivered via instant download, others we may need to process and add to your account manually after your order.
You can find your download in your account and re-download them at any time for the life of this shop.
Photo Products
Some photo prints and products are shipped from the lab we use. For these, the time may vary depending on when we receive and process your order and when they ship. Shipping charges in the cart are based on a flat fee for these items.
