GORE WEAR Women’s Standard Phantom Jacket
$110.00
We LOVE these Gore Wear cycling jackets and have had these in several versions. They work great in somewhat chilly weather with an underlayer — and the sleeves zip off if you get too warm!

Overall
Our notes:
- We LOVE this jacket and have had it in some of its many iterations. The only reason for replacing it was that we wanted a new color and that our old one got a bunch of bike grease on it during a mishap.
Pros
- You can use this one year round except for extreme heat or cold as the sleeves zip off if you get too warm and I’ve used for cycling in weather into the 30s when combined with a Smartwool underlayer and a gaiter, gloves and cap under my helmet.
- Back pocket and a front zipper pocket.
- Good fit.
- Comes in several colors and sizes from XS-XL, though this product links to the high viz in M.
- Durable and well-made. Saved our skin during a bike accident on pavement with only a small scuff to the jacket — it’s still usable.
Cons
- Not many cons — the sleeves can be a bit persnickety to get back on, sometimes, when they’re off.
