Been to this beach today , and is amazingly beautiful !.. with fine pinkish sand and just lovely to walk barefoot on it…really had a great time and never expected there’s such a beauty in Scotland!
Take the NC500 route and you won’t miss it!..

What a beautiful beach. A long stretch of white sand with crystal clear water and probably very good for surfing if that's your thing. It's very quiet here, even over the bank holiday. The geology is also really interesting if you're into that kind of thing although even if you're not it's fascinating to look at. There is a parking area near the beach and also a short zip line if that takes your fancy. Definitely worth a visit if you're in the area. Even if you're not in the area, it's still worth a visit.

The beach is of exceptional quality. If you happen to visit during off-peak times, you will have the entire beach to yourself. It is a very beautiful place. There is also a small stream of water that joins the sea here. During peak times, there is a zip line. Unfortunately, it was closed when we went.

Just cold 🥶 but lovely when the sun is out!

Gorgeous beach, beautiful pinkish sugary sand. Even on a misty day it invites you to swim in-proper wetsuit attire required!! :)
