Columbia River Gorge

The Columbia River Gorge national scenic area in Oregon and Washington state running approximately 85 miles from around Washougal to Wishram.

The Gorge is a large canyon in the Columbia River starting in the area of the Deschutes river and ending somewhere around Wishram, WA. You may wish to view our pnwwiki page on the topic for more information.

The polylines on the map here are very imprecise. The area from west to east is approximately the right length to give you a feel for the area of the Columbia River that is covered by the Columbia River Natural Area, but the area North and South of the river does not represent the actual borders of the natural area. For a better map of the boundaries you might want to visit this page.
