Customer Support and Returns

We primarily use our shop on this website for sales offsite. However, we do use it for some sales of downloadable items, the occasional physical item, and for advertising sales.

Please recall that the following terms apply to shop purchases:

1. We do not offer refunds on downloadable items unless there was a problem with the file that we cannot resolve.
2. We do not offer refunds on advertising purchases unless it comes to the point where we are no longer going to run this website. In that case, we’ll refund remaining balances before our ownership of this website ends unless there are new owners that want to continue running the ads and the advertiser agrees to it.
3. We do not refund sponsored post payments except in the situation mentioned above, and only if the sponsored post has been up six months or less.
