Join us for our new 10-minute play festival on October 5!
Six playwrights and six change-makers come together to create six transformative new plays in a matter of days. Come along on this exciting new journey as local playwrights collaborate with a mix of Mirror Stage Podcast guests, drawing inspiration from their personal stories and impact across the Seattle community. Scripts are developed over three weeks, culminating in a week of rehearsals leading into the debut presentation of six simply staged plays, featuring more than 20 local actors. Get ready to be ‘Inspired By’ new work, new voices, new stories:
- Aviona Creatrix Rodriguez Brown, inspired by Mercedes Sanchez of Cedar River Clinics
- Kelleen Conway-Blanchard, inspired by Paul Getzel of National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) Seattle
- Stacy D. Flood, inspired by Karen Toering of Black & Tan Hall
- Anamaria Guerzon, inspired by Ashley McGirt of WA Therapy Fund Foundation
- Serin Ngai, inspired by Cynthia Brothers of Vanishing Seattle
- Dr. Lisa Price, inspired by Maria Kolby-Wolfe of Washington Women’s Foundation
