Hey there, running enthusiasts! 🏁 Get ready to lace up your sneakers and gobble up some fun with our Turkey Trot-themed run at the Brooks Trailhead store. 🦃👟
But that’s not all! We’re not just running for ourselves; we’re running for a good cause. 🙌🥫 This Turkey Trot isn’t just about burning calories; it’s about sharing the warmth of the season. We’re teaming up to collect perishable food items for a local food donation to the FamilyWorks Wallingford Food Bank, spreading Thanksgiving joy to those in need. 🍂❤️
Here’s how you can participate:
1. Register for the run.
2️. Bring your non-perishable food items to the event.
3️. Lace up and trot your way to a healthier you while giving back to the community. 🏆
We have a “Turkey” themed 5k route* with 300ft of elevation gain. 🦃🎉 Finish the run store where we’ll have hot coffee and donuts to fill you back up! Stick around after the run, we’ll be raffling off some great Brooks Gear! 🎁👗👔

*This is a fun run, not a road race. The route is run on sidewalks and the Burke-Gilman trail. Roads will not be closed so use caution when crossing streets or intersections.
