I purchased an item, but need to return it. How can I process a return?

To return an item, please email us at hello@pnwbeyond.com . Please let us know what you'd like to return and why, and include your order number. We'll provide you with the return address. Please do not return items to the address on the package.
We are just opening our shop at this point; likely we'll be including a space in our shop for processing returns and including a return slip on our invoice, but for now please email.
