Drone Flyout from the Hobbit House in Orondo, WA

I'm just adding this, for now, so I have a video clip to try out in the profile. But this was a drone video I took when we visited the Hobbit House in Orondo, WA. I REALLY want to go back there and stay again, but it's gone up in price. It was very private and the surrounding area was astounding!

Everyone has the right to make an ass out of themselves. You just can't let the world judge you too much.

Reviews & Promotions

I like the opportunity to visit SOME local businesses, events, restaurants, etc and do a review...depending on what it is and where it is. And I sometimes like to review products in categories that I enjoy. To be honest, this last year has kept me busy in ways that prevented me from accepting some invites to, for instance, ride and review bikes that I would have loved to have reviewed. If you are interested in inviting me to visit your (event, product, business...etc) and write something up here, all I can say is...maybe. It depends on scheduling, costs to get to your location and my interest level.

WordPress Website Design

I love WordPress but am not trying to take on new web design projects at the moment as I would rather be doing photography or working on this blog. However, I may be enticed to pick up a new project from time to time if it will be something the website owner can then maintain. You can see projects I've done that are NOT this website, which is an ongoing series of changes, on the portfolio tab in my profile.

Photography

I consider myself an amateur when it comes to portraits: pets and people. I would love to come and schedule a photo shoot in the Puget Sound area for free sometime for yourself, family, or pet. I cannot 100% guarantee results, but will give you the digial files of all of the resulting images. All I ask is that you allow me to use a photo for marketing. You can choose to purchase prints if you would like, but that is not necessary.

Currently: doing WordPress stuff, photographing, and trying to get back on the bike!

I grew up in Seattle, and still live a short ferry ride away. I love to travel but love this beautiful area of the world.

Currently, I live with my spouse and a demanding Siamese cat, but have two adult daughters who live in the area; one still in college who still graces our home often enough.

I love cycling, though a recent (and thankfully, minor, bike accident) has derailed my big cycling plans at least for the next few months.

I also love photography, bird and animals in particular, due to the challenge.

I also enjoy reading, kayaking, occasionally doing crafts, and -- apparently -- fiddling around with WordPress.
